I would recommend not to book with this project. This is a trap. My friend had very bed experience with the builder. Heard there were many booking cancellations because of builder behavior. Even if the work is around 50% complete, they are recovering almost all the amount from you. They call you for payments like a bank recovery agents. This is really very very bad.
