Hi All, If you are planning to invest in Krishna mystiq, suggest not to invest in the new towers. They dont have any approvals. They were supposed to get the approvals by Dec'13 but have not yet received it. They dont even disclose the reason for delay nor they have any idea about when they will get the approvals. I have spoken to quite a few of the people who have booked the new towers and found that everyone is facing the same issue with the Krishna Mystiq team. When you go to them, they would claim to have sold majority of the flats but even now there are nearly 100 flats which are yet to be sold.
