Also, they are sending demand letters by late payment interest. Please suggest any action that we can take? Should we pay further money or stop paying till they give us CC above plinth and NOC from Central Bank. Banks have stopped disbursement of loan (earlier they were sanctioning but now they have even stopped sanctioning).
Now they are sendinging letters demanding interest payment? Are we liable to pay the interest? Seems like we all are stuck in between an illegal construction without relevant approvals!!!

Is there any Bank now giving loan - all the banks are still saying we are awaiting papers. On the other side, builder is constructing and asking us for money.
