Q: Hi, i am looking at purchasing a flat in Rainbow Vistas@ rock garden. This project is close to hitech city and quality of construction seems to be good, anyone has any review on this project and what is the best price we can get?

Hey Pranav, this project is located in Hi Tech City, Hyderabad. Hitech City is a very calm & peaceful locality. And close proximity to software and IT companies. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.
I am also looking for a flat and when I inquire about this project, I heard from some of my friends that the project is going very slow pace recently so take necessary precautions. Frankly some of the existing customers really worried about the progress. Builder has to speed up construction to bring the confidence to the customers. However, the project is at right location if the builder brings the confidence to the customer it is going to be one of the landmark project in Hyderabad with well connectivity all important places yet quite environment.
