Q: When is the developer handing the possession of the project??

Hi Shrikant, I just booked a flat for own use last month as bookings have already started in this project. I came to know that the project has 1 and 2 BHK units. 1 BHK comes with an area having 650-670 sqft and the flats costs around 28-36.20 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with total area measuring 1050 sqft and the value of the flats start from 45.25 lakhs.
Hi VInay, I see rates are around 5700 per sq feet, my friend had booked in april at same rates i.r 5700 rs per sq feet...What you are saying is correct i.e 4300?
