Q: Hi Guys, Has any one booked any flat in Ashish J K apartments ,Marathahalli(Builder - Aashish Developer and Builders)? It seems currently booking is in progress for the C Block ( A & B Block is over). Please let me know how good the builder is as not found any review regarding the builder. Many Thanks Alok

Do not buy any property on this road and Vibgeyor school road, since both roads are having problems. All the builders are clearly wanted to escape from the responsibility of bring the road. Now all the builders are telling only residents have to fight with BBMP. But the BBMP says you are fools even though they gave the approvals after taking the huge bribe.
