yesterday i talked with Parveen Mittal and he forwarded me a SMS with Bank Account No. and IFSC Code to submit the money.
I believe we should not pay any amount before visiting their office to verify the approval details docs. after that we should think about it.
be aware he is cheating i do visited there office in april last week no means of approval is there

Is the rate same on which you booked your flat??
I have also booked my 3BHK flats in Red Apple Homez. However the rate has revised significantly till then.
No matter the approval is getting delayed, but increment in rates will surely help us in getting comprehensive benefits down the line.
I have checked in authority, and the approval is in final stages as commented by Authority officials.
i want to know the present status of the project please update me as much one can.
