Hi guys ....its been more than 2 years and still they do not have approval from GDA and also I had confirmed with GDA they r not going to get approval in future too, so its time to go and take your money back else you r going to loose you money.. after lots of struugle I got the cheque from them but its getting bounced as they do not have money in their account so.....i will request to all come with me and firstly do file police complain against cheating. if any one interested you can write to me on .. verma.arnab@gmail.com else me alone going for ploice complain and do file crimnal case againgst cheque bounce.

Agreed with You. we have recd post dated cheque of 30/08/14 from builder but i know that it will bounce. Please create a group for file case we ready for that.

Over phone they are saying that they have fixed meeting with GDA which will be held on Tuesday, 17th June, 2014. Let us wait for one more week and if they fail in getting approval then we can go to Red Apple Homez site with a larger group to meet each other and form a community for the welfare of the applicants.
Dear all please note that again approval of red apple homez project reject by GDA.
