Apartment is OK oK type with most of the Amenities as per said words. Bottom thing I have found is that this builder doesn't keep the their words which they said during booking. Quality wise is not that good for what they are taking money. Raw material is not upto the mark as what builder has promised. Sales department POC just keep on deligate the changes or the complain by the customer to their management. Management doesn't meet or give time to meet any of the customer.
