CARPET AREA INCREASED by 105 sq ft! Amrapali is demanding more than the carpet area then they can justify! what to do???
Q: Flat in P-tower. Builder to pay for additional 105sq ft amounting to 2.5lakhs. As per contract 775 sq ft is the carpet area. Measured today and found it to be 770 sq ft. they are not able to justify. please suggest! We need to fight this together!

I have my flat in tower P. They are demanding for extra 55 sq ft. I have been told that the balacony area has been increased. What has been told to by Amrapali ?Please share.
