Whenever I go to meet RSK MD Ramesh to discussion about completion date always MD Ramesh will be out of town or busy with meetings like answers came from Bhasker/Kadhiresan who is currently in change of office. They also give rude answers. If you send emails also they never replies.
You are right.. I have purchased a flat in Orchid Gardens and whenever when I call there was either no response or provide the same reply. They have not responded to my email till date after sending 5 or 6 emails in 3 weeks.

I am an owner of a flat in RSK Orchid Garden, Navalur. I wish to connect with other buyers who have bought flats in this gated community. I feel there is a delay in the project completion and would welcome other's opinion in this project. There is also design flaw in the kitchen.
