Please suggest some decent projects build by Reputed builder with excellent plan/construction quality. I am currently working in Hinjewadi. Carpet area around 1500-1800 sq ft. would be an ideal match. My budget lies between 50-70 L. Interested in Big Society, Villas or Row houses with good amenities and security. Under construction/ about to start project will also suffice my requirement. I am in no hurry to move.

As you are putting your hard earned money in the real estate. You have to do a small research on the property and the seller's profile. After shortlisting the property in your desired location. You need to keep following things in your mind before investing with any developer. Competitive price of property in the market, developer track record, experience in real estate, property papers, project approvals, layout of the property and complex etc.

Thanks for the input. I have just started looking and want to invest asap before the rate increases further. Currently I stay in Baner on rent. Please suggest me good projects within my budget in East/North/West Pune. As you mentioned quality work and good locality is very important for me, built up area can be compromised little.

I work in hinjewadi, please suggest me if Ravet is the right destination to book a flat? My only apprehension is safety and security during odd times, especially looking at the recent incidents on the highway or in the nearby areas of theft and loot on the main road itself.

Those are Goldfinger Avenir, Sirocco Grande by benchmark developers, Probo Pride by Pradnyesh Developers and Lotus Laxmi by Lotus group.
Please suggest the best with reasons.
Wakad is one of the fastest emerging localities in Pimpri-Chinchwad in Pune. Today, Wakad has everything best in the region. Many developers are launching townships and projects. Builders are majorly coming up with apartment projects offering one, two and three bedrooms with all modern facilities. Some builders are also offering bungalows and row house projects.Apartment projects are more preferred than plots, villas and individual houses. Working software professionals look for either 2 bhk or 3bhk apartment. So if you are planning for investment purpose you can go ahead with the project in Wakad, you can really except very good appreciation

All the projects are good but I personally feel that Lotus Laxmi by Lotus group will be a better option than other projects. They provide quality project and tries to deliver their project in the given time.
Even Sirocco Grande is also a good project. The project is along the highway and seems better in terms of connectivity.
Thank you Rohit. Do you have any Builder review of Sirocco Grande project?
