Q: Is it a villa project or a villa plot project? Any idea what is the rate per sqft going in this project?

I have bought plot in JS lotus, though JS homes completed the registration on May, they haven't transferred khata in my name. Khata is very much needed, without khata, purchaser can't construct house and they can't do any transaction.
