Do not invest in Faith Ecospace , the construction is completely stop. Builder Apacchu and his partners Babu Reddy , chandhrashekhar all are fraud You may go and verify the construction status, project started in 2011
The latest I hear is that Builder and Landowners have split. I do not see any fishy or fraudulent activities...it seems they have parted ways amicably due to some commercial fallout....Good news is the land owners have taken responsibility of completing the project to be handed over by June 2015. The landowners, if my info is correct, are financially & technically strong and I hope this project would see the light of the day. I am optimistic... vijay

Q: I'm looking for the feedback of this builder as there is no other project done in his name in bangalore.

Hi Rajat & Venugopalan, This builder has been constructing small projects with 12 to 40 flats and has more than 15 such projects under his belt. Acknowledging his quality of construction and the integrity, the landowners have entered into this project with him and this is his first big project. Prior to this he had operated under individual banner and now is operating on MK Builders. He has another project under construction at Ramagondanahalli with around 65 flats.
