Don't go for Amrutha Value, ever changing plans and words from this builder. Worst possible staff
Q: During agreement time project is having 183 flats and now it is 250 flats, worst possible marketing and engineering staff trying to squeeze out money.

My comments to replies
Hi Everyone, Even i am planning to buy one apartment in Amrutha Value, they are still telling that approval will be given by this month end. Also CC, OC and Akhata will be provided after the completion of project. Should i go for it or avoid??
