Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

Dear All, We recently booked a flat in Mahaveer Amaze. We came to know that there is a proposed 100 FT ring road next to the apartment. when we asked the Builder, we got the reply that its shown in the Project diagram. on closure look, we could see that the road starts exactly next to the boundary wall near F block. all though we have tried to ask the builder like 100 times to explain the distance between the road and the wall, we never heard anything from them. Is any one aware of this road? can you please let us know what will be the distance between the road and the apartment wall? Shraddha.
