I have booked a HIG apartment in Greenwood Nest project of Bengal Shrachi at New Town Action Area 1 around three years back. I have already paid around 35% of the Flat value. Around a year back, Bengal Shrachi issued a letter to me giving an option to withdraw the money, as the project plan has not been sanctioned by concerned authority. As I genuinely require the apartment, I have not yet withdrawn the money.
As I am staying abroaad, I do not have any contact with any buyer of this project. May I request the other buyers to give me their contact details so that I can keep contact with you, as I am very anxiously waiting for the latest status of the project.

Pl.ask the Shrachi abour their plan of action,exact size of flat to be given to us and the exact amount of flat price.The rate is determined by WBHousing Board which should not be relevant to our old project.Let Shrachi clear these points.

I phoned to Shrachi.Pammy madam advised me to call them again next week about some clarifications abou these points.I told her that I am agree to the escalation;but thet should first make us clear about their plan of action.I requested her to arrange for a meeting about the projects taking all the allottees so that all the allottees can come up a point of resolution about the escalation and of the project as a whole but the said madam did not assure me about the matter.

I'm also a sufferer. As per the letter received on last month, they have hearing on 29.7.14. Any update on this date?
No up-date is obtained from the Shrachi Authority despite our several follow-ups.

Today I have received one letter from Shrachi Group regarding on the sub:REVISION OF RATE IN RESPECT OF LIG/MIG UNIT , GREENWOOD NEST. The letter is attached with Govt. Notification with standard built up area of the Flat alongwith Maximum sale rate /sq ft of the flat. They want my confirmation of acceptance as per new Notification. I have also got a letter from them.I talked to Pammy madam of Shrachi ;but she failed to clarufy some points raised by me.She adised me to call her again next week. My mobile no.9836511248.We should decide our next course of action if they convene a meeting about the matter of escalation of rate and initiation of the project etc.,I think.
