How to handle BPTP , a non performing builder
Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

Hi Vishwas, the same is the case with me. We should mobilize other owners also. The due date given to me was 30th June 2014 and they have already take 66% of the payment from me also. Now I do not know what to do. The best way is if we could have group of 50-60 owners and then we could file a case in Consumer court against them.Hi Vishwas, the same is the case with me.
