Hi i also did a lot of research regarding the property and builder.recently booked a flat in saipoorna highend after discussing with the current residents.Happy with the decision so far.they try to replicate sobha for most of their construction works so their work has quality.

What is the current rate per sqft they are quoting and how is the locality for investment purpose as well as end use?
