Mahaluxmi Homz Vs Mahaluxmi Towers
Q: Hi, i am confused between this two projects..can you tell me tell me details about the Mahaluxmi Homes.

My comments to replies
Recently company has advertised rate of Rs4545/- per sq ft (all inclusive) including car parking, back up, IFMS, EDC/IDC etc. Is it fact or there are other hidden charges. What are payment terms.
Can anybody comment the land of DDA what is land use of land lying just opposite to Mahaluxmi Jay
