Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

I am interested in booking a flat in Mahaveer Amaze. But I am a little worried about a few legal aspects which I am not clear.
1. I was informed that this is outside the BBMP limits and hence we will get a Panchayat Khatha. A quick search on web throws various different opinions. Is this approved by any authority like BMRDA ?
2. Some weblinks show that even for a panchayat limit area we can pay the betterment charges and get a khatha. See
