Q: How is the project for investment purpose? Can I apply loan from SBI for this project?

It's about 4300 per sqft. But. Think all east facing and good apt are already gone. I had to settle for 2.5 bhk. They are little inflexible in terms of price n terms and conditions.
Suresh, I have visited this project in sept'13, now iam interested and want to book a 2 + study, what is the price now and avblty and pls advice on the project ...
