On paper, it appears to be very attractive however looking at the current situation, I am demoralized. Firstly, buildings are very close to each other with very little free space around. Secondly, project is already delayed by 15 months. Thirdly, the perspective shown had glass in balconies but they are fixing iron railings in the balconies.
