I have booked a flat in LDA srishti apartment flat Kursi rd scheme 3 years back. Can any one please tell me what is the status of project. LDA people even do not pick the phone.

Can anybody update me on the progress of Smriti apartments?
I went to the site on 9th Aug . Building A is not yet started but B C D E is completd with balcony and railing fittings .....still lot of interior work and plasters are left. Already there work is delayed and slow in process . Everyone had same word to say " you will get possession by next December"

I visited Apartment site on 21st & it will take at least one year to get completed possession by dec -16
Rakeshji if all the work is completed when is the possession is expected ? I m talking about srishti apartments and specially building A ....
And Anupamji you are talking about Srishti or Smriti apartments ?

Dear All, following are the details which My Brother in Law received in written, now add + 6 month at max in this optimistically
Srishti Aprtment will be delivered and opened for registration in the month of january 2015.
Is the news confirmed Rakeshji ? Heres some sign of relief i guess

I visited Srishti site yesterday and following is my conclusion:
1. Accountant said registration may happen optimistically in sep-oct 2015 for D,E and F buildings. A,B,C and G,H,I will take more time.
2. Engineer told me that, and I saw also, D,E,F are in their final stage of finishing, that includes tiles work, finishing, painting, doors and electric fitting, plumbing.
Engineer said, registration may happen but to complete these work it will take 5-6 month for D,E,F. Same is my observation too.
After that LDA will clean up the path for D,E,F and make livable in 2-3 months. So by next march april 2016, D,E,F will be in livable situation.
For Srishti rest of the blocks - Livable by sep-oct 2016
For Smriti------- Livable by april - may 2017.
Work is going in full swing. Nearby area is well developed now.
Hello everyone .....any updates on srishti apartments projects .....its really becoming very disappointing to ses ou eyes waiting :( , is it true heardsomething that farmer's protests again on the grounds .

Continuing my last comment,
Following are the steps:
1. Keep writing weekly mail to LDA official about status, and remuneration for delayed project.
2. We will write emails to Chief minister and secretary also. These two activities for next 2 months.
3. After that a simple case can be filed based on letters, emails etc.
Any other suggestions welcomed.
Its really disheartening to hear about building ' A' , I have invested full amount and still our flats are not in our hands :( ....Hello Abhishek , sandhyasingh511@gmail.com is my email ,if u could share the snaps with me too as u mentioned. Thanks
