Dear Sir.. In our apartment, we don't have formed any association. One of tenant is misusing terrace as they have cut the pipe from water tank and connected Tab. Daily they are washing and cleaning their cloths in terrace only. The terrace looks like white area due to detergents. they are not hear anything, if we ask to not do that..
