I am also a victim of the fraud done by Klazina Consultants. I have invested in a plot of size 160 sqyd. After a long chase I was informed that the office has been sealed and the directors along with Mr Alowk Rastogi were arrested. After following up the whole story I started gathering people who have invested in the same project and now we are a group of 12 investors who have hired an experienced advocate to deal with the matter. We are in process of putting a FIR in Sadar Police Station, Gurgaon. We will also go in the Consumer Court, Gurgaon and Civil court, Gurgaon. I have heard few hearings in the same courts.
