Hi guys ....its been more than 2 years and still they do not have approval from GDA and also I had confirmed with GDA they r not going to get approval in future too, so its time to go and take your money back else you r going to loose you money.. after lots of struugle I got the cheque from them but its getting bounced as they do not have money in their account so.....i will request to all come with me and firstly do file police complain against cheating. if any one interested you can write to me on .. verma.arnab@gmail.com else me alone going for ploice complain and do file crimnal case againgst cheque bounce.

Manoj, before booking you have to verify such things. Why didn't you do so? Negligence at that time has led to such complications now. But anyways check the documents clearly, see what the builder has given in various documents. If there is delay then will there be any compensation provided or something like that will be allowed or not.

Any Update about GDA Approval
Hi I am Piyush tripathi booked 1 bhk in 2012 in Redapple homes and they have not got any approval from GDA. Now I have cancelled my flat and after 3 months of problems I got the refund cheque. Now their cheque also bounced. They are saying we will give money an nothing they are doing. People please do not invest in red apple they are making fool
