no, i just visited to search rented house for my friend who is shifting from pune to hyd. so personally i observed these all things. i enquired some of residents also. Rents also vary from 6000 to 9000 for 2bh(area is very less around 800sft). hall area is very small(1 dewan cot+sofaset+tv, then no space for walking) both bedrooms also very small.
