We bought one 3 BHK apartment from Unitech Vistas in tower 8 and they promised to give us possession in 2014 but when I visited the site few months before I was very surprised to notice there was hardly any progress in the tower 8 since we purchased the flat. 95% percent of total amount has been paid by us though I do not think even 50 % construction has been completed yet. I called up to their office and they are reluctant to tell about the probable date of possession . After quite a times of calling and requesting, one of their staff told that it would not before 2016 December. There are some conditions of penalty charges for being late in possession by the developer. Have you ever follow up this matter with them?Please let me know.
