Prestige Silver Oak is a project by Prestige Group. Prestige Group is one of the reputed builder in the real estate industry. So the project will obviously be good. Have to booked a villas in this project?

Q: I read somewhere that Artha Emprasa is coming up with Phase II. Looking for project details.

is it worth investing in this project, as I see that its max builtup area is 742sqft and this is not 2BHK but it is 2BEDED house without living room. They do have 1BHK units with 692sqft.
