Is Eastern Ranges, Keshav Nagar, Mundwa an approved project?
Q: Is Eastern Ranges an approved project with an APF/SCE-1/11-12/74 for SBI? Is it good to move ahead with this project? Is its 30 year Land History clear, so can I move ahead with registration of this property? Kindly provide me prompt assiatance regarding quality of property and their values. Appreciate your prompt revert on priority.

@Anurag- I am not sure about clearance. But all I see is the frame standing for almost a year now. Did u book in phase I?
