Lake District Delays.
Q: The Lake District Project is delayed beyond comprehension. We have booked a 2BHK Flat in Bldg C4 in Jan 2011 which is a part of the Phase1. As per the agreement the Apt should have been handed over by Dec 2012 considering all the grace periods of more than 6 months. The building has only reached 6th floor out of the 12. How many are such agreived parties? Can we join together and issue a notice to the builder?

Does anyone know what is the project status and has the builder communicated anything related to the flat possession?
I had booked a flat in A2 in May 2010 and waiting since 2011 to take a handover. Its harassment at its best and would need help and understanding how others are dealing with this.
