For a budget of approx 40lac is it wise to buy one 3 BHK flat in Raj Nagr ext GHZ or one should look for noida ext?
Q: As legal restriction from noida ext seems clear so where one should opt the apt in 40 lac budget..RNE/Noida ext or grater noida west. Job location will be noida or in delhi Please advise

Latest Answer: Hi Charu, Both the locations are good.. but as you said that the job location will be either Delhi or Noida.. i feel that greater noida west will be a better option especially isnce it lies close to noida and the staring sectors are just 6-7 kms from the existing metro stations. there will be much more connectivity.
