What is the present price per sq.ft. in Neptune Swarajya?
Q: Actually I booked a flat on October month in Sector-2 building NO. 18, flat No. 503. Now I want to know about work progress, present rate and registration and other things.

i have booked the flat at sector 1 bldg.12 flat104. it seems the work has completed but the possession is not given for reasons best known to the developer.
