On 23rd March 2011, I visited habitat site. The Unitech customer relations people were quite courteous and showed me a 3 BR flat in Tower 11, which was almost finished.However, they refused to show me Tower-6(which is where, my allotted flat is)on the pretext of safety.I was not convinced that much work is going on at site, as I did not see any activities going on and also not many workmen were visible, though Unitech reps said that due to Holi festival attendance is poor.
Though Unitech reps verbally promised that by June-July 2011, the offer letters for possession should be released(after which owners have to pay the balance installment) and then Unitech will take 45 days to finish the flats and finally give possession. I am quite skeptical that Unitech is going to adhere to this time frame.
I am thinking of approaching consumer forum to take up this issue.Please contact me at ashishj399@yahoo.co.in.

I have been following up these guys for the last 5 years now and nothing has happened. There is no work happening in this project for many years now. I don't think things will improve in the coming years also. The Company is in bad shape with no management et all.Ashish,

At that time, I was booked in tower 4 and provided an allotment letter. But after a while i was transferred in tower 10. Unitech rep said they will provide me with a possession letter in couple of months. But its been 3 years now, and Unitech rep keep postponing it. I'm wondering if there are any people with the possession letter or people in a similar situation. Please reply if you are having similar problem.
I have been offered possession in Tower 10 after a lot of efforts. Still following up with them to get the work completed and take physical possession.
