I have booked flat in Balaji Arcade Phase 4 in vichumbe usarli,Panvel. As per my understanding they do quality work...Is there any one who has booked in to the same.
Hi, I have booked a 1RK Flat at Balaji Arcade Phase 1. They have been telling me regarding the registration for the last 7 months. I have paid 20% as the down payment, more than a year back. I am not sure about their intentions. Should I ask for a refund of the down payment amount and cancel the booking?
