Has anyone undergone legal verification for Jyothi GT enclave?Feedback pls.
Q: The builder says the property has E-khata. E-khata means to me an electronically registered A-khata. Many other properties in the same area has got only panchayat khata with BDA approval. I am wondering if E-khata really means a A-khata or a panchayat khata. Has anyone who booked a flat with him undergone legal verification with a lawyer? pls feedback.
