delay in posession
Q: Date of posession promised while booking the flat was sept 2014 while in the contract they mentioned dec 2015 as a late date. Even after that we are waiting for the posession. Builder is not replying to mails and gives rude response over phone calls. They are saying it is delayed due to delay in power grid making by the govt authorities and they are not responsible for it. ON WHAT BASIS THEY PROMISED POSESSION OF SEPT 2014. We are staying in a rented flat and paying EMIs for this long awated flat.

Yes, It is better if you engage a lawyer in this situation, he/she can guide you properly and that notice also shall have a better effect. May be builder doesn't like to trap in any court cases so, there is a chance to get your money refund. Don't invest with Bhoomi as the builders are not trustworthy and at the same time very arrogant and rude.
Hi, Even I had booked a flat in Acropolice. since December 2014, every time On enquiry abt possession , I was told the date after 2 months for possession. We shd all come together and fight legally.whoever want to fight legally please send me email on paresh2m@gmail.com with your contact details.
