Q: Hi all, I am going through the posts in this forum and impressed with the knowledge being shared here. I am planning to buy a plot in Hyderabad, which I want to give for development (apartments). My budget is around 1cr - 1.5cr, I am ready to wait for 2 years for the area to develop. Kindly share your knowledge in identifying an area. Thanks in advance. Regards, Rajesh

srisailam highway is suggested here....a great joke....an apartment building in srisailem road.a suicide.kukatpally is good.nizampet is very difficult to sell.there are so many unsld properties over there.uppal seems ok.nallagandla is hi-fi.you have to go in a cluster of buildings there.you need an area which is ripe and could be picked up ina a few years.i may have a suggestion but it is costly, not free.srisailam highway is suggested here....a great joke....an apartment building in srisailem road.a suicide.kukatpally is good.nizampet is very difficult to sell.there are so many unsld properties over there.uppal seems ok.nallagandla is hi-fi.you have to go in a cluster of buildings there.you need an area which is ripe and could be picked up ina a few years.i may have a suggestion but it is costly, not free.

adibatla,in my opinion,is a big hype.every builder has a layout to sell.even if the area develops, there would be anytime more sellers than buyers.last two years the prices have fallen rather going up.shamshabad is expensive, hardly any hmda layout worth looking at which is reasonably priced.srisailam highway is cheap but no serious triggers worth looking at.manikonda is all controversial layouts, except two layouts which are huda quoting 40k/s yd.kukatpally is already developed,no chance of getting anything low priced.nizampet all sold out, except you want to go out of the outer ring road.uppal is ok but never develops.last 10 years the prices have hardly moved.but i have found some interesting layouts, one or two, which are low priced and have a long time trigger for development.but qulaity doesnt come cheap.no.adibatla,in my opinion,is a big hype.every builder has a layout to sell.even if the area develops, there would be anytime more sellers than buyers.last two years the prices have fallen rather going up.shamshabad is expensive, hardly any hmda layout worth looking at which is reasonably priced.srisailam highway is cheap but no serious triggers worth looking at.manikonda is all controversial layouts, except two layouts which are huda quoting 40k/s yd.kukatpally is already developed,no chance of getting anything low priced.nizampet all sold out, except you want to go out of the outer ring road.uppal is ok but never develops.last 10 years the prices have hardly moved.but i have found some interesting layouts, one or two, which are low priced and have a long time trigger for development.but qulaity doesnt come cheap.no.

GACHIBOWLI IS HIGHLY DEVELOPED AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF GETTING A LOW COST INVESTABLE PLOT. THE SAME WITH CHANDANA NAGAR.HMDA PLOTS IN CHANDANA NAGAR ARE TOO EXPENSIVE.NON HMDA ARE CHEAP BUT YOU DONOT INVEST IN GRAM PANCHAYAT LAYOUTS.NOT ADVISABLE.YOU NEED LOW PRICED AREAS WITHA TRIGGER OF GROWTH TO INVEST IN LONG TERM.I HAVE COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS.I CAN RECOMMEND HMDA LAYOUTS IN AREAS WHERE THERE ARE GREAT TRIGGERS FOR GROWTH.BUT QUALITY IS PRICED.IT IS EXPENSIVE.REGARDSGACHIBOWLI IS HIGHLY DEVELOPED AND THERE IS NO CHANCE OF GETTING A LOW COST INVESTABLE PLOT.
