Flat is ready for possession and they do not have a completion certificate.Builder says that the entire bangalore is full of illegal penthouses so no need to worry. I have dropped the plan to purchase because 1) Size of a 2 BHK itself starts @ 1413 sft which is huge. 2) No completion certificate with the builder. 3) he has built 6 penthouses with all the aminities at the top floor which are not in the plan. 4) Very bad attitude of builder to not respond properly.Thanks Ashish and Sachin for the reply.
