Good evening everybody!!! I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec- 2013. Today its 01.06.2016 and even after 2+ years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project or not.
Dear All, Just lodge your FIR against Klazina consultants limited if you want your money back. Around 300 FIR has been filed against this in Sec-38, Gurgaon. Legal proceeding is going on against Klazina. Alok rustogi its director has committed a big scam through this project.
