Hi, I have booked a 1BHK flat in Basera Enclave Sec-K, Lucknow through broker 19504 - S.S.REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT.
Q: Hi, I have booked a 1BHK flat in Basera Enclave Sec-K, Lucknow through broker 19504 - S.S.REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT. and just wanted to check if I can get some amount refund from them. Also, can you let me know when the posession will be available, do i need to go through broker or I can directly contact with Ansal. Your help will be really appreciated in this regards.

HI, Mortgage brokers have specialist knowledge of the lending market. They guide potential buyers, who need to find a mortgage to purchase a property, through the huge range of deals, interest rates and incentives available. The mortgage broker offers financial advice and recommends the most appropriate mortgage for the buyer. I had a word with their sales person about project details and found that the date of possession will be January'2018.
