My comments to replies
Casa Grande Eternia is one of its kind signature villas in Kalapatti. The project offers 3 and 4 bedroom villas and the project is well located. It is definitely worth the money. Kalapatti is a preferred locality for buying residential homes. It is very close to the busier Saravanampatti, but isn’t so busy itself. So it is better to go for houses in this area rather than Saravanampatti. The best part is that it is quite close to the SNS Engineering College, so this area is seeing a lot of development, in terms of both real estate and infrastructure. It is just 7kms away from the airport and also quite close to the Tidel Park IT hub.
