Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

I have booked last week one flat in mahaveer amaze from land owner share. Please some body update me on the below points:
1. Buying flat from land owner's share will not pose any future legal challenge.
2. The finance guy told me that I will not get SBI loan although approved from SBI because I am buying from land owner share and I will not get builder consent for that which is mandatory document SBI required for approving loan. But will I et loan from HDFC, LIC and AXIS bank?
3. Also at the time of possession I will have to pay higher registration fees.
Please confirm me on above three points so I can make quick decision, Thanks

@Vikas........I thought you are owner of a flat in Mahaveer Laurel project........may be you have booked flat for Mahaveer Amaze as well...........can you please share your agreement paper with me?.......I am also trying to get a draft copy from builder before I go for booking..........
