Since the building has become weak, we want to demolish the building and reconstruct. plot size is 2925 sq ft (65x45). Thefront road size is 30ft. There is small 10ft side road abetting our compound . Iwould like to know how many flats can be constructed and what could be the fsi allowable including the premium FSI.

The question is specific.There are 8 flats in this building. Each flat is 750 sq ft. Since the building is old there is a proposal to demolish the existing structure and to reconstruct the building as per the existing plan of 8 flats in 4 floors. IS it possible to do so,? There may be violation of FSI as per present rules. Is there any possibility of getting additionanl FSI by paying premium. Can any one clarify?
