Hi Rohit/Wasim, I am planning to invest in 7th Heaven, however have few concerns, the builder doesn't look to be a reputed one. They are using Kamdhenu Construction Co's name who itself is not a registered member of CREDAI, furthermore I see their last project Jasmine in Pimple Saudagar was delayed by an year. All these findings are making me get little concerned about the builder and co.
