The best option prevailing at the moment is a project by Lodha group called Lodha Luxuria having a Bsp of 8451/- , for a limited time period and as you might be aware the rate going around in the area is +10,000/- ,also having state of the art facilities like club house swimming pool and all life improving utilities present around the area like lodha world school and many other educational institutes as well as retail options like R mall at a very close distance .
