yes it ready to move in but one more new issue i came to know there, initially builder promising every one A khatha transfer but now he is asking every flat owner 50000 rs for khatha transfer and as u already know STP is other issue

Okay Rakesh, One more thing I came to know that their rate has not changed from lat july to this july its same 3100 rs per sq feet. And the people who are staying their are started complaining about the build quality. its average according to them.

Hi Nitesh, AS MENTIONED BELOW BY HIMANSHU THEY HAVE REQUIRED APPROVALS BUT THEY DONT HAVE Sewage Treatment Plan which is mandatory Secondly builder asking every one 50000 rs for A khatha tranfer which he initially promised to give at his own. so check these things too otherwise it will cost you 5 to 6 lakh extra later.
