Guys, Stay away with this company none of their projects are legal. You don't get a single rupee loan, you can check with any banks if you want. Last post from "Prashant, Geown Developers, Bangalore" itself is fake.. he left Geown long back and started another fake company. Don't invest and get fooled by them. These guys are smart and unprofessional. I saw one customer adarsh desai posted the real review and they managed to remove that from the entire review link. They dont have any proven record on successful completion. Based on what I found from some of my connections who invested in their ventures is that all their projects are either ongoing or pre-launch for more than 5 years. Never complete any project on-time or stick to what they promise. There are bunch of other projects with reputed developers. Unfortunately i am one of them who invested in Geown ventures in Gunjur Area, i have to tell what i am going through after spending my life time savings on Geown properties. I paid Yellow belt price on green belt land and struck with it. Now i am in a situation where i can't hold it or sell it due to my legal papers still pending with the company. Without the legal documents i can't sell the property for the same price i paid 1 year ago nor i can build the home as i don't have the legal approvals in order to build the home. There is no proper support from the developers after they collect the money. There is a high degree of risk involved in all their projects. Please don't be fooled by the animated pictures and buy the property.
