Hi, I am planning to buy a 2 BHK apartment in Ozone Urbana - Pavilion. Following are some of my concerns: 1. Are the outdoor amenities shared by the complete 150 acres or is it separate for Pavillion? More specifically, I don't see swimming pool in the picture (brochure) for Pavillion. Did anyone check about this? 2. Has anyone taken SUBVENSION (80:20 - "No EMI till possession") scheme? Is it safe? Are there any hidden things behind this both from the Bank and Builder side? Because, it sounds too good to be true as they have to pay good amount of interest for around 2 years ! Please respond with your comments.
